- If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our Online Store, within 7 days of purchase, you may return it to Salon 33 for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original receipt, the items are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition.
- The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging.
- For reasons of hygiene, brushes may not be refunded or exchanged, unless they are defective.
- All goods returned will incur a 15% handling fee.
