OUR DELIVERY PROMISE
- FREE shipping on all South African orders (R500 minimum order)
- Shipping for orders under R500 will be charged at R100 per shipment.
- Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-5 working days for delivery. Orders are not always dispatched on the day of ordering.
- Orders made to remote areas may incur an extra delivery charge.
- Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days and excludes weekends & public holidays.
IN SALON COLLECTION
In store collections are free when you choose to collect your order at our salon located in Durban. You can find our Salon at the below address:
Your order will take approximately 1 - 2 working days to process in salon and we will notify you immediately when ready for collection.
SHIPPING DURING BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL
Shipping during Black Friday may take longer than normal due to high volumes. Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.

What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the courier dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.
If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, please contact us.
Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

How to track your parcel with us:
- We will send you your tracking number with your shipment confirmation.
- Salon 33 will endeavor to keep track of all orders and manage delivery expectations thereof.
- For delivery enquiries you can contact us directly on 076 099 8835 or via email on email@example.com
- On the day of delivery you may receive a call or message from the courier to let you know that your order is onboard for delivery.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
Salon 33 endeavors to keep all stock items on hand, however should an item be out of stock or a stock item is discontinued, the hair stylists at Salon 33 will suggest a suitable alternative, through a telephone consult.
Salon 33 will also provide a timeframe for the stock items to come back into stock, or provide you with a credit.
